Samala's - Box Cricket provides indoor cricket facilities including:
Booking: All bookings must be made through our official website or mobile application. Bookings are confirmed only after payment confirmation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may result in charges equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Current rates are displayed on our website.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Safety First: All users must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of services.
Equipment Care: Users are responsible for the proper use and care of equipment. Damages due to misuse will be charged to the user.
Age Restrictions: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
Membership Duration: Memberships are valid for the specified period from the date of activation.
Usage Limits: Membership hours must be used within the validity period. Unused hours expire at the end of the membership period.
Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Users must maintain appropriate behavior and respect other users and staff. Prohibited activities include:
User Responsibility: Users participate in activities at their own risk. Samala's - Box Cricket is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from normal use of facilities.
